About Gary
I've been involved in the internet in various forms for over 20 years, initially with a web development company in the early 2000's, which I sold a few years later, before starting, scaling and exiting a number of ecommerce ventures ranging from food to fashion.
So I've experienced plenty of the things ecommerce founders deal with today: growth, difficult decisions, cashflow pressures, staffing problems, mistakes, opportunities and eventually exits.
These days I use that experience to help other ecommerce founders build not just bigger businesses, but also better businesses.
A business that answers the bigger question as to what the founder actually wants the business to do for them - whether that's earning more, working less, creating more freedom or building something they can eventually sell.
My approach is practical and hands-on. Not theory from the sidelines, but advice, guidance and support from someone who's spent more than two decades on both sides of the table.
