How it works:
Before we speak, I’ll send you a short questionnaire about the business and what you want to discuss.
That means I can understand the background beforehand and we can use the 90 minutes properly, rather than spending half the call getting up to speed.
During the session, we’ll focus entirely on your situation.
I’ll ask questions, challenge assumptions where necessary, share relevant experience and help you work through the options.
The aim is for you to finish the session with a clearer understanding of what’s going on, what your options are and what you should do next.
You might want to:
Work through a problem you’ve been struggling to solve
Decide what to do next with the business
Understand why profit isn’t where it should be
Think through an important decision before you make it
Reduce how dependent the business is on you

You’re paying for the 90 minutes and there’s no expectation that you buy anything else afterwards.

Why Gary?
I’ve spent more than 20 years starting, running, growing, investing in and advising ecommerce businesses.
That means I’ve dealt with many of the same decisions, problems and pressures that come with running a business - growth, cashflow, profitability, people, difficult choices, things that worked and plenty that didn’t.
These days, much of my work involves stepping back from the day-to-day, looking at a business objectively and helping founders think through the decisions that matter.
Sometimes that means spotting something they’re too close to see. Sometimes it’s challenging an assumption, bringing a different perspective or simply helping them work through the options with someone who understands the realities of running an ecommerce business.
